  • 500 g chicken fillet, fry until cooked
  • 50 g basil, pick the leaves

  • 1 cm galangal, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce Bango
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 100 ml of water
  • 3 tbsp oil, for sauteing


How to make

1 Heat oil in a skillet. Saute shallots, garlic, chilies, galangal and bay leaves until fragrant.


2 Add coriander powder, Bango Kecap Manis , salt, and pepper. Stir well.


3 Add chicken and water. Cook until the spices are absorbed. Enter the basil leaves, stir well. Lift.


4 Serve immediately accompanied by white rice.
